Precision Stamping Creates Durable Bracket Supports for Industrial Machinery
People always ask why our brackets don’t crack or bend after a few months in the field. Honestly, it’s not magic—it’s just how we make them.
We shot this video on the shop floor in Xiamen. You can see the whole run: raw coil goes in one end, and a finished bracket comes out the other. We’re running a high-speed progressive die here, combined with deep drawing. It puts the metal under a lot of pressure, sure, but that’s actually the point. It work-hardens the steel, so the grain structure gets tighter. That’s why these parts handle vibration so much better than something that’s just welded together.
And speaking of welds—that’s usually where brackets fail. We don’t have any. It’s a single piece, stamped to shape. That means no weak joints, no slag, and no unexpected breakages down the line. We hold it to ±0.05mm. If the holes don't line up perfectly every single time, the part doesn't leave the factory.
Right now, these are going into EV battery packs and 5G cabinets. We run a lot of SPCC, SUS304, and aluminum. Depending on the application, we’ll plate them, powder coat them, or anodize them to handle the environment. Everything is traceable, RoHS and REACH compliant. We’re AEO-certified too, so export paperwork is straightforward.
